By accessing or using the Yunique AI website, requesting information about our services, or engaging us for consulting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including but not limited to consulting clients, workshop participants, and website visitors.
Yunique AI provides AI governance consulting services using our proprietary CLEAR™ Framework methodology, which stands for Clarity, Legal & Risk, Enablement, Accountability, and Responsible Execution. Our services include but are not limited to AI governance assessments, discovery engagements, risk analysis, compliance support, stakeholder interviews, technology audits, workshop facilitation, implementation guidance, and strategic advisory services.
We also provide assessment tools, frameworks, and methodologies designed to help organizations evaluate and improve their AI governance practices. These tools may be provided as part of consulting engagements or made available through our website.
Specific consulting engagements will be governed by a separate consulting agreement or statement of work that will detail the scope of services, deliverables, timeline, fees, and other engagement-specific terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a consulting agreement, the consulting agreement will prevail with respect to that specific engagement.
Clients engaging our consulting services agree to provide timely access to necessary personnel, information, systems, and documentation required for us to perform our services. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information provided to us, and for making their own business decisions based on our recommendations and deliverables.
Clients acknowledge that our role is advisory in nature. We provide recommendations, assessments, and guidance, but the client retains ultimate responsibility for all decisions regarding AI governance, compliance, and implementation within their organization.
While we strive to provide high-quality consulting services based on industry best practices and our expertise in AI governance, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, regulatory approval, compliance certification, or business results from our services. The effectiveness of our recommendations depends on many factors beyond our control, including client implementation, organizational changes, regulatory developments, and technology evolution.
